The owner of this home is a concrete contractor who decided to build his own The second day of work included placement of the third and fourth courses of ICF. Window and door bucks were installed and bracing was nearly completed. The walls of this project have many corners, two of which are "short" corners that were able to be custom cut on site. Notice the large windows that this home will feature for a beautiful view of the Texas Hill County landscape and wildlife. Final stacking and bracing can be seen as the slide show progresses. Concrete was placed the same afternoon after alignment was checked. With the bracing removed, this was ready for all traditional crafts to take over construction, beginning with framing. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC soon followed. The exterior finish is a beautiful Austin stone. Integrated Wall Systems is honored to have been involved with this execeptional home.
