Innovative and forward-looking in its growth, IBC Bank has chosen insulated concrete as the construction method of choice for all its new banks. Teaming up with the talents at Architectura SA and Marshall Company, Inc., IBC will soon be operating out of energy efficient and disaster resistant branch locations. Customers and employees will enjoy superior indoor conditions providing a very quiet environment with excellent indoor air quailty. IBC will also enjoy reduced maintenance costs over the buildings' lifetimes.
Integrated Wall Systems and Amvic are honored to be involved in this exciting time of growth and innovation for IBC Bank.
Construction Photo Slide Show
The chronological photos in this slide show represent the entire construction process. The first four days' work included unloading two full loads of forms by hand, layout and temporary bracing.
Weld embed plates visible in the slides are designed to attach roofing structural steel.
Multiple weld embed plates and complete bracing of the project are shown in the later photos of the slide show.
Finally, the completed building open for business is shown.
Speed of construction was an important aspect of this project, and Amvic ICFs installed by an experienced crew clearly met the challenge.
