Corporate Office Building
Downtown Victoria, TX

Construction Photo Slide Show

Driven by the need for energy efficiency and disaster resistance, this owner chose ICF for its obvious benefits. As a bonus, a quiet work environment and enhanced security were achieved.
This building was designed with an advanced, high-efficiency HVAC system, and the entire building envelope is sealed by use of ICF walls and spray foam insulation in the attic.
8" core Amvic ICF was chosen for its load-bearing capability due to the use of heavy steel framing and clay tile roof. Weld embed plates that created attachment points for the framing are visible in the slide show
