Laying out first courses of ICFs on new residence in the Texas Hill Country.
Texas Hill Country residential ICF project at the braced stage after two long days' work. Final bracing adjustments and pouring remain for the first floor.
Second story poured and site cleaned in preparation for final second floor and roof framing. Actual time spent on walls to this point is only two weeks.
